The Center for Faculty/Staff Innovation was established to enhance online instructional capabilities at Alcorn State University (ASU). The Center is housed on the second floor of Bowles at the main ASU campus. The staff provides leadership for online curricular offerings at Alcorn State University. In addition to managing day-to-day online instruction, the Center oversees planning, marketing, student and faculty training, assessment, and reporting for the unit. It serves as the liaison with outsourced service providers. The Center for Faculty/Staff Innovation is a part of the Division of Academic Affairs and reports to the Executive Vice President/Provost. Its staff leads, advocates for, and supports online instructional programs and services across academic units to deliver distance learning. The Center is supported by Title III funding.
