Alcorn State University to recognize President’s and Dean’s Scholars at its 65th Biannual Honors Convocation
Alcorn State University will hold its 65th Biannual Honors Convocation beginning at 10 a.m. on March 29, 2012, in the historic Oakland Memorial Chapel. At the convocation, 111 President’s and 329 Dean’s Scholars will be recognized.
Dr. Leonard L. Haynes III, senior director of Institutional Service, Office of Postsecondary Education, Washington, D.C., will serve as the keynote speaker.
All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the convocation to support the honorees. The convocation will be broadcast live on www.alcorn.edu , Channel 13, and 91.7 FM, WPRL-The Gold.
