Alcorn to exercise delayed opening Tue. Jan. 29, 2019
Due to expected winter weather and in the interest of the personal well-being and travel safety of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors, Alcorn State University will have a delayed opening on Tues. Jan. 29, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. This precautionary delay applies to all three university campuses in Lorman, Natchez, and Vicksburg.
To ensure travel safety due to changing conditions, Alcorn will continue to monitor weather situations and communicate updates through official university channels including email, web and social media. Faculty, staff, and commuting students should communicate with supervisors and instructors regarding extenuating travel situations.
